Training content

KP Cheer programs, guides and challenges are for general fitness and flexibility training. Stretch within your own range, warm up first, and train with proper supervision. Stop if anything hurts.

Purchases & access

Purchases are completed on the KP Cheer Shopify store and are subject to the store’s checkout terms. Digital programs are for your personal use and may not be copied, shared or resold.

Content & images

All photos, videos and written content on this site belong to KP Cheer and Kinsley Petty unless noted. Please ask before using them.

Changes
